With the completed reading of Mortal Arts, I have finally brought my game of BookLikes Snakes and Ladders to an end!  Yay!  And just in time to start the next game, too, so I'm doubly excited.

I wanted to give a really nice big THANK YOU to Moonlight Reader and Obsidian Blue for being wonderful reading game hosts, coming up with so many fun activities to keep the BL feeds active all the time.  Every time I feel like I'm about to hit a reading slump, or whenever I feel like I'm having trouble pulling out of one, a game like this comes around, and I find myself finishing books left and right, as well as discovering new authors and new book series, and sometimes even new genres, that I'd never thought to pick up on my own before.

In this respect, I've managed to pick up a couple new authors I'm interested in continuing to follow, and I've also manged to read one or two book son my shelves that I'd been meaning to read for forever.

Reading games are wonderful like that, aren't they?

BookLikes Snakes and Ladders

Once again, I'm presenting to everyone my Dino Baby marker since he's no longer on the actual board (which I suspect he's rather relieved about, because the snakes were not nice to him).  Dino Baby played a wonderful game and kept his energy up even in the fits of motion sickness from certain pesky, slippery foes.  Great job, Baby!
